1. Aceptación de los términos
Al acceder o utilizar nroone-setter.com, el sitio de NRO.ONE Setters —un servicio de NRO.ONE, DBA de Alpha Taurus Services LLC, registrada en el Estado de Texas, EE. UU.—, reconoces que has leído, comprendido y aceptas regirte por estos Términos y Condiciones y por nuestro Aviso de privacidad.
Estos Términos aplican a todos los visitantes y usuarios del sitio. Si no estás de acuerdo con alguno, te recomendamos dejar de utilizarlo.
2. Qué es este servicio
NRO.ONE Setters conecta a agentes de seguros con especialistas humanos de citas y atención al cliente, entrenados y evaluados bajo la metodología de NRO.ONE.
Este sitio funciona como plataforma informativa y de contacto. Su única función transaccional es un formulario de solicitud.
Enviar la solicitud no crea ninguna obligación. No hay compras en línea, no hay pago y no se firma ningún contrato al enviar el formulario. La solicitud abre un proceso humano: revisamos tu operación, te contactamos y te ofrecemos una entrevista con el especialista antes de que decidas nada.
Cualquier relación comercial posterior se rige por el contrato escrito que se firme en ese momento, no por este sitio.
3. Quién puede usarlo, y cómo
- Edad mínima: debes tener al menos 18 años para enviar información o solicitar servicios.
- Veracidad: la información que envías debe ser veraz, completa y precisa. Las respuestas del formulario determinan qué especialista te proponemos, de modo que un dato falso perjudica sobre todo al propio proceso.
- Usos prohibidos: no está permitido emplear el sitio para actividades ilícitas, fraudulentas o engañosas; intentar acceder a zonas restringidas, sistemas internos o datos de terceros; subir virus o código malicioso; enviar spam o mensajes automatizados; ni hostigar, amenazar o difamar al personal de NRO.ONE o a sus especialistas.
El incumplimiento puede derivar en la suspensión o cancelación permanente del acceso.
4. Consentimiento para comunicaciones
Al enviar el formulario autorizas a NRO.ONE a contactarte por correo electrónico, teléfono o mensaje de texto (SMS), conforme a la TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act). Estas comunicaciones incluyen seguimiento de tu solicitud, coordinación y confirmación de la entrevista, e información sobre el servicio.
Puedes darte de baja de las comunicaciones promocionales en cualquier momento siguiendo las instrucciones de cada mensaje o escribiendo a equipo@nroone.com.
5. La información que envías
Al enviar contenido a través del formulario declaras que la información es tuya y es veraz, y otorgas a NRO.ONE una licencia no exclusiva, libre de regalías y de alcance mundial para usar, almacenar y procesar esos datos con el fin de atender tu solicitud y prestar el servicio.
NRO.ONE se reserva el derecho de no dar curso a cualquier solicitud que considere inapropiada, inexacta o contraria a la ley.
6. Propiedad intelectual
Todos los materiales de este sitio —textos, imágenes, fotografías, grabaciones de voz, gráficos, diseño y código— son propiedad intelectual de NRO.ONE (Alpha Taurus Services LLC) o de sus licenciantes. Queda prohibido copiarlos, reproducirlos, modificarlos o distribuirlos sin autorización previa y por escrito.
Las fotografías y las grabaciones de voz de los especialistas se publican con su consentimiento y para el único fin de presentarlos en este sitio. No pueden extraerse, reutilizarse ni redistribuirse.
El nombre, el logotipo y las marcas NRO.ONE, incluidas «La Primera Conversación Gana™» y «Top Setter™», están protegidos. Cualquier uso no autorizado podrá ser objeto de acciones legales.
7. Resultados y expectativas
NRO.ONE asume compromisos comerciales de buena fe conforme a lo expresamente pactado en cada contrato escrito.
Los contenidos de este sitio describen cómo trabaja el servicio y por qué la velocidad de respuesta importa. No constituyen una garantía de resultados. Las ventas, conversiones, citas efectivas o ingresos dependen de factores fuera de nuestro control —condiciones de mercado, calidad y volumen de tus leads, tus propios procesos de cierre, participación del agente— y por lo tanto NRO.ONE no garantiza cifras concretas de ventas, conversiones ni resultados financieros.
8. Exención de garantías
El sitio y sus servicios se ofrecen «tal cual» y «según disponibilidad». No garantizamos que el sitio funcione sin interrupciones ni errores, que la información publicada esté siempre actualizada, ni que esté libre de componentes dañinos. El uso corre por tu cuenta y riesgo. NRO.ONE niega toda garantía expresa o implícita, incluidas las de comerciabilidad o idoneidad para un propósito particular.
9. Limitación de responsabilidad

NRO.ONE no controla ni respalda el contenido ni las políticas de esos servicios y no asume responsabilidad por daños derivados de su uso. El Aviso de privacidad detalla qué datos toca cada uno.
11. Disponibilidad y terminación
NRO.ONE puede modificar, suspender o retirar el sitio o cualquiera de sus funciones en cualquier momento, y puede cancelar el acceso de cualquier usuario sin previo aviso en caso de uso indebido o incumplimiento de estos Términos.
La disponibilidad de especialistas cambia con el tiempo. Que un especialista aparezca en el sitio no garantiza que siga disponible cuando envíes tu solicitud.
12. Modificaciones a los Términos
Podemos actualizar estos Términos en cualquier momento. Las modificaciones se publicarán en esta misma página con su nueva fecha. El uso continuado del sitio tras la publicación implica la aceptación de los Términos revisados.
13. Ley aplicable
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Texas, Estados Unidos de América, sin perjuicio de sus normas sobre conflictos de leyes. Cualquier disputa se resolverá ante los tribunales competentes del Condado de Montgomery, Texas.

1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using nroone-setter.com, the NRO.ONE Setters site — a service of NRO.ONE, a DBA of Alpha Taurus Services LLC, registered in the State of Texas, USA — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by our Privacy notice.
These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the site. If you disagree with any of them, we recommend you stop using it.
2. What this service is
NRO.ONE Setters connects insurance agents with human appointment and customer-service specialists, trained and evaluated under the NRO.ONE methodology.
This site works as an informational and contact platform. Its only transactional function is a request form.
Sending the request creates no obligation. There are no online purchases, no payment and no contract signed when you send the form. The request opens a human process: we read your operation, contact you, and offer you an interview with the specialist before you decide anything.
Any later commercial relationship is governed by the written contract signed at that time, not by this site.
3. Who may use it, and how
- Minimum age: you must be at least 18 to send information or request services.
- Accuracy: the information you send must be truthful, complete and accurate. Your form answers determine which specialist we propose, so false information mainly harms the process itself.
- Prohibited uses: you may not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive activity; attempt to access restricted areas, internal systems or other people's data; upload viruses or malicious code; send spam or automated messages; or harass, threaten or defame NRO.ONE staff or its specialists.
Breaching these rules may lead to suspension or permanent termination of access.
4. Consent to communications
By sending the form you authorise NRO.ONE to contact you by email, phone or text message (SMS), in accordance with the TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act). These communications include follow-up on your request, arranging and confirming the interview, and information about the service.
You can opt out of promotional communications at any time by following the instructions in each message or writing to equipo@nroone.com.
5. The information you send
By submitting content through the form you declare that the information is yours and is truthful, and you grant NRO.ONE a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, store and process that data in order to handle your request and provide the service.
NRO.ONE reserves the right not to act on any request it considers inappropriate, inaccurate or contrary to law.
6. Intellectual property
All materials on this site — text, images, photographs, voice recordings, graphics, design and code — are the intellectual property of NRO.ONE (Alpha Taurus Services LLC) or its licensors. Copying, reproducing, modifying or distributing them without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
The specialists' photographs and voice recordings are published with their consent and for the sole purpose of presenting them on this site. They may not be extracted, reused or redistributed.
The NRO.ONE name, logo and marks, including "La Primera Conversación Gana™" and "Top Setter™", are protected. Unauthorised use may be subject to legal action.
7. Results and expectations
NRO.ONE makes good-faith commercial commitments in line with what is expressly agreed in each written contract.
The content on this site describes how the service works and why response speed matters. It is not a guarantee of results. Sales, conversions, kept appointments or revenue depend on factors outside our control — market conditions, the quality and volume of your leads, your own closing process, the agent's own participation — and NRO.ONE therefore does not guarantee specific sales, conversion or financial figures.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and its services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the site will run without interruption or error, that published information is always current, or that it is free of harmful components. Use is at your own risk. NRO.ONE disclaims all express or implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NRO.ONE, its affiliates, officers, employees or partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, reputation or revenue arising from use of the site or the services.
In any case, NRO.ONE's total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Third-party services
This site relies on external services: Web3Forms to receive and deliver the form, Hostinger for hosting and Google Fonts for typefaces. The interview takes place by video call through a third-party service.
NRO.ONE does not control or endorse the content or policies of those services and assumes no liability for damages arising from their use. The Privacy notice details what data each one touches.
11. Availability and termination
NRO.ONE may modify, suspend or withdraw the site or any of its features at any time, and may terminate any user's access without notice in case of misuse or breach of these Terms.
Specialist availability changes over time. A specialist appearing on the site is not a guarantee that they will still be available when you send your request.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with a new date. Continued use of the site after publication means you accept the revised Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved before the competent courts of Montgomery County, Texas.
